As the Rosewood Showground closed to camping yesterday we left this morning. Lots of different horse trailers of all sizes turned up this morning so there must have been some horse events on this weekend.
After some "disagreements" with our GPS lady we finally got on the right road to Canungra Showground where we turned up around midday, we were quite surprised to find both the town and the Showground very busy with cars and caravans respectively.
Bit of excitement in the afternoon when the local Fire Brigade turned up with lights flashing and sirens blaring, apparently a 12v battery in one of the caravans was about to explode, it was eventually extracted from the caravan and the firies hosed it down.
Other than that it was a quiet day - Tamborine Markets tomorrow morning.
