12/05/15 - Maryborough Qld

Second day at RV Homebase, spent the morning walking around the village and met and spoke to several of the residents.

Three garages no less!

We spent some time talking to the couple that owns this nice looking place, they have lived here since June.

Inside I spotted this unusual looking clock made from and old wooden flat belt pulley, they bought this in Rockhampton on one of their trips.

Plenty of work going on, they tell me they finish and hand over at least one house a week.

The garages are 14-16 long and 5-7m wide with a door opening of 3.6m, which can be raised if needed.

Spotted this "toy" in the above garage, which also has the village bus in it.
